Order Information
1. How To Order
  1. To add a product into your Shopping Cart click on ADD TO CART
  2. Once you click on ADD TO CART, the items in your Shopping Cart will be listed out. From the Shopping Cart you can:
    • click on CONTINUE SHOPPING if you wish to shop for other items. Repeat Step 1 to add more titles into your Shopping Cart.
    • click on REMOVE to remove any of the selected items from your Shopping Cart.
    • click on checkout if you wish to end your shopping session and place your order.
  3. After you click on ORDER, you will be required to Log-In.
    • If you are not yet a member but would like to be one, click on REGISTER for membership registration.
    • If you are our existing member, then click on Sign-In to proceed with your order.
  4. Fill in your particulars into the Order Form and click on SUBMIT. The Order Confirmation Form will be shown to you. Click on CONFIRM after you make sure that all the information provided is correct or else edit the information.
  5. You will then be directed to payment. Your order is now completed.
2. Payment Method

Online Method (Multiple Currencies) - (Credit Card ONLY) :

We accept various forms of payment via Credit Card. (RM, SGD, USD, Euro, GP Pound)


We can now accept payment via credit card. When you are ready to order, please select Paypal as the payment and checkout as usual. You will be directed to paypal payment page and please press 'cancel and return to' at the bottom of the paypal payment page.

We'll be having a record in our system. Please click "Contact Us" or leave us an email ([email protected]) together with your user name and email address. We'll send a payment request to your email address where you will be directted to a SSL-secured page which you can either choose to make the payment via credit card or a paypal account.

Offline Method (Ringgit Malaysia) :

We accept ATM Transfer / Cash Deposit / Online Banking. Malaysian customer who without paypal or credit card can use offline method to make a purchase on our website.

Customers can use their account to make an online transfer to our bank accounts below. The customers without online banking account, you can transfer ATM transfer or Cash Deposit on your nearest Bank to make your payment.

Please try your best to make payment using the same bank because interbank transfer will take about 2-3 days to complete. For example, Maybank to Maybank means direct transfer, we will receive the fund immediately. Other Bank to Maybank means interbank, we will receive the fund in 2-3 working days.


3. Currencies and Exchange Rates

We accept payment in multiple currencies.

  • United States Dollar (USD$ 1 = RM 3.00)
  • Euro (Euro € 1 = RM 3.50)
  • Pound Sterling (GB Pound £ 1 = RM 5.00)

The final price will be dependent on the currency rate between Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and the respective currency at the day of exchange. Currency exchange rates fluctuates daily base on global market conditions.

4. Stock/Inventory Availability

As our commitment towards our customers, we try our best to ensure that items listed for sale at SkyDVDs.com is always available and ready to be shipped. Items that are kept in stock will be shipped to you within 1-2 working days.

However, due to delays from our manufacturer, certain items may become out of stock and become backordered. These items will be shipped to you once we receive the items from our manufacturer, with no additional shipping charge.

We are concern about customers' satisfaction. As such, you are always welcomed to request for items that are not listed for sale on our website. We will forward your request for the item that you are looking for to our manufacturer to confirm whether that particular item will be available and you will be informed about it as soon as possible.

5. Order Processing

Your orders will be processed daily from Monday through Friday. Weekend and Holiday orders are processed on the following business day. Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the time that they are placed.

If you place an order and then notice an error, please e-mail us at [email protected] immediately so that we may correct your order. If you suspect that your order did not transmit successfully or feel that there may have been any other problems, please e-mail us so that we may confirm receipt of your order and contact you for follow up.

6. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment transaction, we will e-mail you to confirm your order. Any consent regarding the delay of shipment or availability of an item will be notified through e-mail.

7. Return Policies / Order Cancellation

We're very sorry to say that all sales are final and we do not accept cancellation of order.

Shoppers are entitled to a 15 days (from the date you receive the item) unconditional money back guarantee for all the items purchased from us.

If your item is ever damaged in shipping, please contact us at [email protected] for immediate action. Mail the damaged discs to us either to be replaced with new disc or to be refunded.

You will be required to provide us with your TRANSACTION NUMBER and/or CART ID and reason for returning the product.

We do not accept DVDS that your player is unable to play.

We do not accept any items that are damaged by the customers.

We only accept items that are purchased from SkyDVDs.com.

Shipping cost shall be borne by the customer unless the return is a result of our error.

All the DVDs REGION FREE and are distributed by Licensed Publisher in Malaysia with proper authorization from Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan Malaysia (Malaysia Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operative and Consumerism) and Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia (Malaysia National Film Development Corporation). Cover Art of the DVDs might different depending on the stock availability.

1. Shipping and Handling Charges

Post Malaysia

Local orders will be sent thorugh Post Express or Skynet (2-4 Business Days). Postage fee is RM6 for the first item, RM5 for the second item and RM 4 for the third item. The postage is RM15 flat rate for 4 items or more.

All international online orders will be shipped via Post Malaysia (Registered airmail) by default because this is the fastest and most secured way of delivery. Shipments will be delivered to most destinations worldwide (except Israel) usually within 7-15 business days. Shipments are all fully insured.

The shipping fees are devided into 4 groups as shown below :

Express shipping is available and cost varies depending on location. Please contact us for extra cost of express shipping to your international destination. We may upgrade the shipping using UPS Express for bulk order.

2. Shipping Policy

SkyDVDs.com will always try to ship the product to you within the shortest time frame at the minimum cost.

3. Lost and Damaged Items

All parcels shipped will be well packed to avoid the items being damaged during shipment.  Shipment via regular airmail will sometimes face delay due to custom clearance. We will bare 100% responsibilities if such order is lost.

4. Customs Fees, Import Duties and Tariffs

International shipments may be subjected to additional custom fees and duties. We do not pre-bill any import duties, customs fees or tariffs imposed by various government on the product. Import duties and taxes may be applied to certain countries and varies from country to country. In the event that customs fees is incurred for customs clearance or import sales tax is levied on deliveries, the charges shall be borne by the customer.

It is recommended for shoppers to clarify the customs laws and regulations with the local authorities to obtain specific information.

We will mark all parcels shipped as 'Gift' or 'Commercial Samples' to help you reduce the chances of having to pay additional fees as a result of customs fees, import duties or tariffs levied on the parcel.
